Creating a jjjt account takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and city, then set a secure password. Verify your number via the SMS code we send, tick the Terms and Conditions box and you're done. Your account is live immediately and you can make your first deposit straight away.

No. Each person is only allowed to hold one jjjt account. Operating multiple accounts under different names, mobile numbers or payment details is a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. If you've accidentally created a duplicate account, contact jjjt support immediately to resolve the situation without penalty.

Email address updates can be made directly from your jjjt account settings. Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification because the mobile number is linked to payment methods and SMS security. To update your mobile number, contact jjjt support with a copy of your CNIC and our team will guide you through the process. For your security, we cannot change a mobile number without verifying your identity first.

Contact jjjt support via live chat or email at support@jjjt.im and request account closure. Before closing, any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method. Account closure is permanent once processed. If the reason for closing is related to gambling concerns, we strongly recommend using our self-exclusion tool instead, which provides more structured protection.

jjjt may request identity documents – typically a CNIC – before processing larger withdrawals, when account activity triggers a compliance review, or when you request changes to sensitive account details. Deposits & Payments

jjjt supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer from any Pakistani bank, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees on the jjjt side.

The minimum deposit on jjjt is Rs 200. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear in your jjjt account within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation. IBFT bank transfers can take between a few minutes and up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are usually instant but can occasionally take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact jjjt support with the transaction reference number and we'll trace it immediately.

A failed deposit on jjjt can happen for several reasons: insufficient balance in your wallet or bank account, a network timeout, reaching your payment provider's daily limit, or entering incorrect payment details. First, check your Easypaisa or JazzCash balance and transaction history to confirm whether funds were deducted. If funds were deducted but your jjjt balance wasn't credited, save the transaction ID and contact jjjt support – we'll resolve it within a few hours.

jjjt does not charge any deposit fees on our end. Your PKR reaches your jjjt account in full. Some payment providers – particularly for IBFT bank transfers – may charge a small processing fee on their side, but this is outside jjjt's control. Check your bank or wallet app's fee schedule if you want to understand those charges before transferring.

Yes. jjjt's Responsible Gaming tools let you set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Once a limit is set, jjjt will decline any deposit that would exceed it. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies. Yes, NayaPay and SadaPay are both accepted deposit methods on jjjt. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks are also supported. Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your jjjt account, go to the Cashier section and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT or card), enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm. Your withdrawal request enters our processing queue immediately. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically delivered within 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–4 business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount on jjjt is Rs 200. There is no minimum holding period before you can withdraw – you can request a withdrawal as soon as your balance meets the minimum amount and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been completed.

Most jjjt withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash arrive within 10 minutes. If yours is taking longer, it may be pending an identity verification check (especially if this is your first withdrawal or a larger amount), waiting in a queue during a high-volume period, or held by your payment provider. Check your jjjt account for any verification requests. If the withdrawal has been pending for more than 4 hours with no update, contact jjjt support with your withdrawal reference number.

Withdrawal cancellations are possible while a request is still in "Pending" status and has not yet been sent to the payment provider. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Sent" status, it cannot be reversed. If you need to cancel a pending withdrawal, contact jjjt support immediately with your withdrawal request reference and we'll cancel it if it's still possible to do so. Cancelled withdrawals return to your jjjt balance instantly.

jjjt does not charge any withdrawal processing fees. The amount you request is the amount that gets sent to your payment method. Some receiving banks or wallets may apply their own inbound transfer fees on their side, but jjjt has no control over those charges and does not benefit from them.

Identity verification (KYC) is a standard requirement before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts. jjjt may ask for a copy of your CNIC to confirm you are the verified account holder and that your payment method belongs to you. This protects you and complies with financial regulations. Completing verification promptly is the fastest way to get your withdrawal released. Once your account is fully verified, future withdrawals typically process without additional document requests.

Bonus funds on jjjt must meet their wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real PKR. The wagering requirement means you need to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Your jjjt account shows your current bonus balance, wagering progress and how much you need to wager before a withdrawal is possible. Real PKR deposits are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.
