1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the jjjt platform at jjjt.im, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the jjjt registration process and continues for the duration of your account's existence.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on jjjt, including but not limited to: the online casino section, Teen Patti, Poker, Aviator crash game, Virtual Sports, live dealer tables, VIP Club membership and any promotional offers or bonuses issued by jjjt.

jjjt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 14 for details on how jjjt communicates amendments.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To open an account on jjjt and participate in any real-money activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jjjt operates a strict minimum age policy with zero exceptions. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural individual person. Corporate, trust or partnership entities may not hold personal player accounts on jjjt.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including jjjt's own self-exclusion register.
• You must not currently be excluded from another gaming platform in a manner that is applicable to jjjt's licence conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

jjjt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each person is entitled to hold exactly one account on jjjt. Operating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a different name, a different phone number or through any third party – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any additional information jjjt may require for identity verification or responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjjt account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any other person. jjjt will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact jjjt support immediately.

jjjt accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or transfer your jjjt account to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on jjjt are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. jjjt accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited. jjjt may require you to verify ownership of a payment method before processing deposits or withdrawals from that method.

Deposits are credited to your jjjt account balance once cleared by the payment provider. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits clear within 60 seconds. Bank transfer timings are subject to the sending bank's processing schedule. jjjt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or your bank.

jjjt reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be verified as originating from the account holder. In such cases the deposit will be returned to the payment method from which it was sent.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jjjt account are available to verified account holders only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash are processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the recipient bank.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. jjjt will not process withdrawals to a payment method belonging to a third party. The first withdrawal from a new payment method may require additional verification.

jjjt reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity and source-of-funds checks before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all accounts. Providing false or misleading information during such checks is grounds for account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions. Real-money funds deposited directly by you are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jjjt offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made.

Key bonus terms that apply across all jjjt promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate, and some games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: When bonus funds are active in your jjjt account, the maximum stake per bet is limited to Rs 500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per person: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device and payment method. Multiple claims using different accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Right to withdraw bonuses: jjjt reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after wagering has commenced, the unplayed portion of the bonus will be removed and any net winnings attributed to that bonus will be recalculated.

Players who are identified as abusing the jjjt bonus system – including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk covered betting using bonus funds, or operating in coordination with other players to exploit promotions – will have their accounts suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on jjjt are provided by third-party software suppliers whose products are independently certified by recognised testing laboratories including eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs and GLI. Certification confirms that random number generators operate within accepted standards and that published RTP percentages are accurate over large sample sizes.

Live dealer games on jjjt use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professional studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer rounds are determined by the physical results of that equipment and are not subject to digital manipulation by jjjt or its software providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jjjt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect win display, jjjt is not liable to pay the incorrectly displayed amount. Bets placed or wins generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round are void.

The rules applicable to each individual game are accessible within the game interface on jjjt. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing real-money bets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjjt platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and referral to appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with any jjjt game, promotion or system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including real-time sharing of hole cards in Poker or coordinated betting patterns in any live game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or undocumented game behaviours to generate outcomes that would not be possible under normal game operation.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or unauthorised means.
• Using the jjjt platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of jjjt's systems that is not accessible through normal use of the platform.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any other interaction with jjjt.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or jjjt staff through any communication channel.
• Operating or assisting in the operation of a betting syndicate that uses jjjt accounts as a channel for placing third-party wagers.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jjjt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where it has reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by their registered contact information and given an opportunity to respond.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, jjjt will provide a final account statement. Any real-money funds that were deposited by the player and not used in connection with prohibited conduct may be returned at jjjt's discretion. Bonus funds and winnings generated during a period of prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.

Players may close their own jjjt account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to a verified payment method belonging to the account holder.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

jjjt collects and processes personal data from registered members in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the jjjt Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. The Privacy Policy explains what data jjjt collects, how it is used, how it is protected and what rights you have over your personal information.

jjjt will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to: payment processors required to process deposits and withdrawals, game providers required to deliver games to your account, identity verification services and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where jjjt is legally required to disclose.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure on-screen prompts that appear at set intervals to remind you of the time you have been playing.
• Reality checks: Enable automatic session summaries that display your net position, total wagered and time played at regular intervals.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion of 1, 3 or 6 months, or permanent exclusion from the jjjt platform. Exclusion is effective within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjjt platform, including but not limited to: game software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface designs, data compilations and promotional material, is owned by or licensed to jjjt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit or otherwise use any jjjt content for commercial purposes or in any way that could damage the jjjt brand without prior written authorisation from jjjt. Personal, non-commercial use of jjjt content is permitted only within the context of normal platform use.

13 Limitation of Liability

jjjt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jjjt takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

jjjt's liability to any individual player is limited to the return of funds that player has deposited and that have not been used in real-money betting activity. jjjt accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profit, loss of revenue or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the jjjt platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures on the player's side or third-party payment provider delays.
• Decisions made by the player regarding betting activity, including losses resulting from relying on statistics, form guides or any information displayed on the jjjt platform.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where jjjt has not been negligent in its security obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits jjjt's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jjjt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, jjjt will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered account holders via the registered email address or mobile number, and will display a prominent notice on the jjjt platform upon login.

Non-material changes – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses or updates required to comply with regulatory changes – may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of the jjjt Terms and Conditions is always available at jjjt.im/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your account before the effective date of the change and your remaining real-money balance will be refunded.
