- Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT banking partners and card payment processors receive the transaction and payment method data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These parties operate under their own regulatory frameworks and are independently obligated to protect financial data.
- Game software providers: Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and other game studio partners receive the technical data necessary to load and operate games within your jjjt session. Game studios do not receive your identity or payment data.
- Identity verification services: Our KYC provider receives the identity document data you submit during verification. This provider is bound by data processing agreements that restrict use of your data to the verification purpose only.
- Fraud and risk management: Our risk management platform receives device fingerprint and transaction pattern data for fraud scoring. This provider does not receive your full identity information.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: jjjt will disclose personal data to courts, regulators, law enforcement or other competent authorities where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect jjjt's legal rights.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale involving jjjt, personal data may transfer to the acquiring entity. You would be notified before your data is subject to a different privacy policy as a result of such a transaction.
No third-party marketing: jjjt will never share your contact information with any third party for the purpose of marketing that third party's products or services. Any marketing communications you receive will come from jjjt directly and only if you have opted in.
6 Data Retention
jjjt retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The key retention periods applied by jjjt are:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your jjjt account plus five years following account closure, in accordance with standard financial record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction for AML and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Identity verification documents: Retained for the same period as account data. Where verification was unsuccessful and no account was created, documents are deleted within 30 days.
- Support communications: Retained for 24 months from the date of the interaction, unless the communication is relevant to an ongoing dispute or regulatory matter.
- Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for as long as you hold an active jjjt account or until you withdraw consent, plus an additional 12 months for record-keeping purposes.

11 Minors and Age Protection
